Can't log in to MyEdenred, what should I do?

If you cannot log in to your account, follow the instructions to change your password or create a new MyEdenred account.

If you have forgotten your password or username:

When you open the MyEdenred login page, you will find the section 'Forgot your password or username?'. Fill in the email address you registered your MyEdenred account to and change your password from the link you receive in your email. Your MyEdenred username is also recorded in the same email. If you do not receive the message, please also check your spam folder.

If you still can't log back in:

If you are unable to change your password or for any other reason you are unable to log in to your MyEdenred account, please return to the login page and create new credentials. Select 'Activate card', enter your Edenred payment card details (already linked to your old account) and create a brand new username and password. This will allow you to log in and use the employee benefits linked to your card. Your employee benefits are linked by your employer to your card and personal details, so they will automatically be transferred to your new account even if you activate your new ID.
