I can't add my Edenred card to Wolt/Kotipizza, it says invalid CVC.

First, check that your MyEdenred username does not contain ä ö characters or empty spaces. When selecting Edenred as your payment method, please ensure that your username is the same as in the MyEdenred app.

Here’s how to create a new MyEdenred username if needed:

Click on 1. 'I have an account' in the app and then 2. 'Forgot password?'. After that, on the same page at the bottom, click 3. 'Create account'. Follow the instructions on the screen.

*We strongly recommend using a personal email address (instead of a work email). This way you'll have access to your email even during possible absences and you can always log in to the application with the same credentials, even if you change employers.

After you have created a new MyEdenred username, please follow the instructions below for Wolt/Kotipizza's online store:

1. If you are in the Confirm connection step (2/5), click on your username in the upper right corner and log out.

2. Start connecting your Edenred account (step 1/5) by logging in with your new MyEdenred credentials.
