What is the difference between Virike and massage benefit?

Virike can be used for sports and culture activities, as Massage is meant to pay for classic and sports massage services.

Virike and massage benefit are separate employee benefits, as each have their own tax-free limits defined by the Tax Administration. Each benefit also has its own payment card.

Therefore, the Virike benefit cannot be used to pay for massage services, and the massage benefit cannot be used to pay for, for example, sports services.

If the employer activates the MyChoice balance transfer feature for employees, they can transfer balances between the Virike and massage benefits. This requires that the company has enabled both benefits and that employees have received their own payment cards for them.
