You can cancel a mobile payment on the Merchant portal within 24 hours of making the payment and a card payment with the payment terminal as always.
You can cancel your Edenred Pay mobile payment in the Merchant Portal within 24 hours of making the payment. If you need to cancel your mobile payment later, please contact our customer service.
You can cancel the card payment normally at the payment terminal or return the amount paid to the customer's card. Please note that payments made with Apple Pay and Google Pay are card payments, even if they are made using your phone.
Note! If it is a lunch payment and the amount to be cancelled is less than the minimum charge, it will not be automatically corrected on the card account. The cardholder must request a correction of the difference from Edenred's customer service.
