I have not received the Edenred card that was ordered for me, what should I do?

If you have not received your card within the delivery timeframe, please contact your employer.

The physical card will be delivered to you by mail within 2 weeks of the order.

If you have not received your card within the delivery timeframe, please contact your employer and ensure that your address is correctly in their system. If it has been significantly more than 2 weeks since the first order, your employer can order a new card.

The virtual card will be sent to you via email within 2 days of the card order.

The card will be sent to the email address that your employer has recorded in the system. Please check your spam folder and other folders as well. If you are unsure what your email address is, you can confirm it with your employer.

If the email for the virtual card has not arrived after this time, please follow these instructions:

You already have the credentials for the Edenred app

You can resend the activation serial number for your virtual card to your email.

Once you are logged into your Edenred account, browse the homepage to see which benefits are available to you and which benefits have not yet been activated.

For the benefit in question, click 'Activate card.'

Then click 'Can't find your card serial number?' and follow the instructions on the screen. See the image below.

If you are a new user

The email will be sent to the address specified by your employer. Please check your spam folder and other folders as well.  

If you still cannot find the email, please call our customer service, and we will verify your identity and check the status of your card.
