I have not received the Edenred card that was ordered for me, what should I do?

If you have not received your card by the delivery time limit, please contact your employer.

The physical card will be delivered to you by post and will take approximately 2 weeks from the time you place your order.

If you have not received your card by the delivery time, contact your employer to make sure your address is correctly entered in the system. If the problem continues, please contact Edenred Customer Service.

The virtual card will be sent to you by email within 48 hours of the order.

The card will be sent to the email address you have provided to your employer. Please check your spam and other folders. If you are not sure what your email address is, you can check it with your employer.

If none of the above helps, you can call our customer service team and we will verify your identity and clarify the status of your card.
