Pay for your Wolt orders with Edenred's lunch benefit

In busy everyday life, a delicious lunch is the perfect moment to recharge and bring good cheer – whether you're working at the office or at home, and your meal is brought directly to you.

The cooperation between Edenred and delivery service Wolt allows you to pay for meals and home deliveries using Edenred Lounari. When you add your own bank card directly to the Edenred app, the portion exceeding the lunch benefit is charged directly to your card , making the entire purchase payment easy with one transaction!

Two payments in one order

Even when ordering via Wolt the lunch benefit portion must not exceed the tax-free payment limits, so we made it possible to add your own bank or credit card to the Edenred app and link your Edenred account to Wolt. This allows the amount exceeding the payment limit to be automatically charged from your own bank card without extra money transfers or splits. Paying couldn't be easier!

Adding your bank card in the Edenred app

1. Open the Edenred app, select User Account, and then open Profile.
2. Click Manage your own bank card from the menu.
3. A separate page will open; continue by selecting Add a bank card.
4. Enter your bank or credit card details (cardholder name, card number, expiration date, CVC).
   • Note that Amex is not accepted as a payment method.
5. Confirm the transaction with your online banking credentials.
   • The transaction is verified with a 1€ hold, which is refunded after authentication.
6. You’re done! Your bank card details are now added to your Edenred account.

Linking your Edenred account to Wolt

1. Open the Wolt app and open your profile details from the top-left corner. If you have already added a meal to your cart and are at the payment stage, you can jump straight to step 3.
2. Select Wallet and then Add payment method.
3. Select Edenred under Other payment methods and confirm activation.
4. Enter your Edenred username (the email address use in the Edenred app).
5. Click the notification sent by Edenred or open the Edenred app’s home screen.
6. Open the Pending confirmations section on the Edenred app home screen.
7. Confirm the service provider’s authentication request and perform strong authentication (facial recognition, fingerprint, or PIN code).
8. When authentication is successful, return to the Wolt app.
   • If you have not added your bank card to the Edenred app yet, you can enter card details at this stage.
9. Wolt updates your payment card information on the page. Finalize by confirming.
10. Done! You can now pay both your lunch benefit and the amount exceeding it in one payment. Just remember to select Edenred as the payment method at checkout.

Just remember this!

To benefit from the cooperation between Edenred and Wolt, your Edenred card must be activated in the Edenred app, and you must have a user account in Wolt’s service. Also note that although Wolt has expanded its selection beyond meal services, the personal lunch benefit can only be used to pay for items and delivery fees included in the benefit.
