Pay for your next Kotipizza order conveniently at once

The domestic Kotipizza chain and Edenred have strengthened their cooperation. We are pleased to announce that you can now pay for your pizza order and its delivery fee at once – of course, using your lunch benefit. This makes enjoying delicious lunch moments with fresh pizza even easier and more affordable!

Did you know? According to the guidelines of the Finnish Tax Administration (in Finnish), the tax-subsidized meal benefit can be used to pay for both the meal and the delivery fee for home delivery.

Connect your MyEdenred account to Kotijoukot

To utilize the new payment method, first register for the Kotipizza Kotijoukot loyalty program. In order to use your lunch benefit as a payment method at Kotipizza, you should also have the Edenred lunch benefit and a user account in the MyEdenred application.

To avoid the hassle of managing two payment methods when the daily payment limit of your lunch benefit is reached, add your personal bank or credit card to your Edenred account and link your Edenred account to Kotijoukot. This will allow you to easily make lunch payments online in the future – and best of all, at once!

Add your personal card to your MyEdenred account

1. Open the MyEdenred app and select 'Account' from the bottom menu.
2. Select 'Profile' and then under 'Personal credit/debit card' select 'Manage my personal card'.
3. Continue by selecting ’Continue with Edenred’.
4. Start by entering your MyEdenred username and then enter the details of your personal bank or credit card (name, card number, expiration date, CVC) and confirm.
   
   • Note! At this point, you cannot add your Edenred card, you should add your personal payment card.
   • An Amex credit card cannot be used as a payment method for transactions between Edenred and Kotipizza.
5. Confirm adding the card by authenticating with your online banking credentials.
   • The system will verify the transaction by charging you 1.00 €. The amount will be automatically refunded to your account after authentication.
6. You're all set – your bank/credit card is now linked to MyEdenred.
7. Finalize adding the payment method by going to Kotipizza's website, log in with your Kotijoukot credentials, and connect your MyEdenred account to Kotipizza.

After registering with Kotijoukot and adding your personal payment card to your MyEdenred account, you can conveniently pay for your pizza orders at once. In the future, the amount within the daily lunch benefit payment limit will be deducted from your Edenred lunch balance, and any amount over the daily benefit payment limit will be automatically charged to your personal bank account.

This is what it means in practice:

When you order, for example, a pizza costing 13.40 € and a 0.5-liter drink for 3.90 € with a home delivery (delivery fee 5.90 €) from Kotipizza's website, the total amount for your order is 23.20 €. According to the new payment method, 13.50 € (the 2024 lunch benefit max limit) will be deducted from your Edenred lunch account, and the remaining amount of 9.70 € will be automatically deducted from your personal bank account without the need for you to enter multiple card details at the payment stage. This makes the payment process smoother and easier, as you don't have to worry about using multiple payment methods.

Connect your MyEdenred account to your Kotijoukot profile:

1. Log in to your Kotijoukot account on the Kotipizza website.
2. Select 'Payment Methods' and under Edenred withdrawal, choose 'Enable Edenred'.
3. Start linking your accounts by entering your MyEdenred username.
4. Enter the three-digit CVC code of your Edenred lunch card.
   
   • Physical card: The CVC can be found on the back of the card.
   • Virtual card: On the MyEdenred app homepage, select 'Lounari', then 'Settings', and choose 'Show card details'.
   • In case of any issues, view instructions.
5. On the screen, you will see the details of the payment card linked to your Edenred account. Proceed by clicking 'Confirm' and accept Kotipizza's terms of use by clicking 'Continue'.
6. Done! You can now pay for your Kotipizza orders at once. Any amount exceeding the lunch spending limit will be automatically charged to your personal payment card. When placing an order online with Kotipizza, select Edenred as the payment method.
