Edenred Transport Benefit now works in Nysse Mobile!
Nysse is here! The public transportation service Nysse is responsible for organizing public transport not only in Tampere but also in Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Orivesi, Pirkkala, Vesilahti, and Ylöjärvi. With Nysse Mobile, you can now purchase single and day tickets for your personal use with your commuting benefit. Payment for the tickets can be done conveniently and quickly in Nysse Mobile! In addition to the mobile app, you can also load your monthly pass at R-kiosks in the Pirkanmaa region using your commuting benefit. The validity of mobile tickets starts at the time of purchase. Tickets must be validated at the ticket machine, which can be found on buses and trams near the entrance. For train journeys, the ticket machine is located on the station platform.
Edenred Transport Benefit has been added to the payment methods of the Nysse Mobile app starting from Wednesday, 18.06.2025.
Please note that in the initial phase, the Edenred Transport Benefit will not yet appear in the list of eligible payment cards, but it can still be added as a payment method starting from June 18, 2025. Edenred will be included among the visible payment cards in the app later on.
Here's how to add the Transport Benefit to Nysse Mobile
Bus, train, and tram payments can now be made in Nysse Mobile. Edenred can be selected as a payment method once you have added your Transport Benefit card to your payment cards.
- Download the Nysse mobile app from your app store, either from the Apple Store or Google Playsta.
- Go to the 'Info' menu in the bottom right corner and select 'Payment Cards'.
- Choose 'Add Payment Card'.
- Enter the details of your physical or virtual Commuting Benefit card.
- Select the ticket type, customer group, and the zone within which you will be traveling.
- Choose Edenred as the payment method and pay for your trip.
- You are ready to go! Your ticket can be found in the Nysse Mobile app.
