You’ll receive an order confirmation and the pick-up date via email.
Write the activation code found in the email on top of the packaging material. Alternatively, you can print attached address label (in PDF format) from the email and place it outside of the packaging material.
2. Place the pre-filled settlement form in the designated pocket.
Matkahuolto’s packaging envelope can hold approximately 1200 vouchers. Place the vouchers in the envelope and attach the settlement form pocked on the outside.
Do not tape, staple or roll the vouchers. It slows down their manual processing.
3. Use only one packaging envelope per settlement form and the amount of vouchers corresponding to its information. We can insure only the settlement indicated in the form.
4. Make sure you are there to hand over the vouchers at the selected pick-up time.
You cannot choose a specific time for the pick-up, but the vouchers will be collected within the selected time period.

The Pick-up service requires the use of packaging materials provided by Edenred and comply with the settlement instructions. If the settlement has not been completed in accordance with the give instructions, the Pick-up service driver is not obligated to accept the shipment.
Here's how to add your Edenred card to Apple Pay:
Open the 'Wallet' application on your iOS smartphone and add a new card (+).
Enter the card information manually (card number, validity period, CVC) or scan the physical card information with the camera.
You can find the details of your virtual or physical card in MyEdenred.
Read and accept the terms of use.
Apple Pay will ask you to confirm with a verification code. You will receive a confirmation code either by email or by calling our customer service. Simply enter the code and you're done!
Note! If you have just created your MyEdenred account, you will receive Apple Pay's verification code to your email the following day. If you need the verification code earlier, please contact our customer care by phone.
How to pay with Apple Pay:
Double-click the side or home button on your device and confirm with either a fingerprint or Face ID. Your device says 'Keep close to the reader'.
Hold the top of the phone close to the payment terminal that supports contactless payment. When the contactless payment limit (50 €) is exceeded, the phone will ask you for additional identification (fingerprint, PIN code, or Face ID).
Wait for the payment terminal to acknowledge the payment as successful. You are ready!
This is how you pay with Edenred Pay:
Open the MyEdenred app and start by selecting 'Create Mobile Payment' or by searching for a place of use in the Merchant search. The app's map shows the places of use near you.
Enter the amount to be paid into the application (note Lounari's payment limits), and if you wish, specify the service you are paying for in the additional information field.
Confirm payment and show the receipt that appears on the screen to the cashier or when making a remote payment, follow the instructions of the merchant.
How to add your Edenred card to Google Wallet:
Start by making sure your phone's NFC functionality is turned on in the settings.
Adding the Mastercard-based Edenred card to Google Pay is possible in the same way as other payment cards. To get started, download or open the Google Wallet app.
Select 'Add payment method' and enter the card information manually (card number, validity period, CVC) or scan the physical card information with the camera.
Follow the instructions on the phone and read and accept the terms of use.
Choose a verification method. You will receive a confirmation code either by email or by calling our customer service. Simply enter the code and you're done!
How to pay with Google Pay:
Make sure you're signed in to your Google account and that your phone's NFC functionality is enabled.
Open the Google Pay app on your phone. If you have set the Edenred card as your primary payment card, you do not need to open the application separately.
Unlock your device and bring it near a payment terminal that supports contactless payment. When the local payment limit (50 €) is exceeded, the phone will ask you for additional identification (fingerprint, PIN code, or Face ID).
Wait for the payment terminal to acknowledge the payment as successful. You are ready!
5 reasons to receive Edenred Pay payments
Affordable and hassle-free payment method: No additional devices or checkout integration required. Card verification commission is not charged for payment transactions.
Tracking payments is easy: Payments can be viewed in real-time in the 'Mobile Payments' section of the Partner Portal. Turn on payment email notifications in the 'Notifications' section.
Reporting: You can view paid accounts and download account reports from the 'Mobile Payment Accounts' section.
Cancellation of payments: You can cancel a mobile payment within 24 hours of making the payment in the 'Mobile Payments' section of the portal.
Automatic payments: Mobile payments are credited to your bank account twice a month. Service fee payments are automatically deducted from accounts.

This is how the beneficiary pays with Edenred Pay:
The beneficiary opens the MyEdenred application and selects 'Create Mobile Payment' under the benefit they want.
The beneficiary enters the amount to be paid into the application (paying attention to the payment limits of the lunch benefit), and if necessary, specifies the service they purchased in the additional information field and clicks 'Confirm'.
If the entire amount of the service is not covered by the employee benefit, another payment method is used for the remaining portion.
If the payment is made on the spot, the beneficiary shows the receipt that appears on the screen to the cashier. Please check that the receipt is active.
If the service is not paid for on the spot or it is e.g. an online course, indicate how you want the beneficiary to be informed about the paid service. If necessary, also remind them to specify the purchased service in the additional information field of the mobile payment.
For example, many service providers advise the beneficiary to send a screenshot of the receipt by e-mail. This way they know that the service has been paid for and know how to act accordingly.
If you do not know how to enter a mobile payment into your cash register system, or if you have other problems with your cash register system, please contact the provider of the cash register program.
Top-up request
The automatic top-up request is turned on at the same place where you make a benefit top-up request.
You can check when and how much balance will be loaded into your account next month on the load request page.
If you wish, you can modify the amount of the lunch benefit to be loaded or disable the automatic repeat function. Please note that if changes are made to the settings after the employer has already approved the load request, the modified settings will not take effect until the following month.

Don't have credentials for the Merchant portal yet?
If you already belong to Edenred's network but have not yet registered in the Merchant portal, you can do it here with just a few clicks! After confirming your registration, you can start receiving Edenred Pay mobile payments and monitor and update your information in the portal. Convenient, right?
If you are an Edenred user who has received a new benefit or renewed card:
All the benefits you are entitled to can be found in the MyEdenred menu. Once you have received your new card, you can activate it by going to the benefits page and selecting card activation. Alternatively, you can also log out and select 'Activate card' from the main page.
Open the MyEdenred menu and select the benefit you want to activate.

Enter your card's serial number
The serial number of the physical card can be found on the back of the card
The serial number of the virtual card can be found in the email sent by Edenred
Enter your social security number
Your personal benefit has been linked to your social security number by your employer
Your card is now activated, log in with your existing credentials.
The price consists of the monthly fee and the loading fee. Monthly fee is 0,99 € / month / employee.
