Merchant, remember to send expiring vouchers on time!

Hello Lunch or Virike partner! Please remember to deliver your expired vouchers to Edenred in time for reimbursement. You can see the expiry year from the voucher. Check below the detailed schedule and information related to handling them.

Vouchers' settlement schedule

Lunch vouchers

Lunch vouchers that have expired in 2023 must be delivered to Edenred for reimbursement no later than on Monday 15.1.2024. We will not refund expired Lunch vouchers received after this.

When using the Pick-up service, expired Lunch vouchers must be handed in for delivery by Wednesday 10.1.2024.

Virike vouchers

Virike vouchers that have expired in 2023 must be delivered to Edenred for reimbursement no later than Wednesday 28.2.2024. We will not refund expired Virike vouchers received after this.

When using the Pick-up service, expired Virike vouchers must be handed in for delivery by
Friday 23.2.2024.

Sending the vouchers

The vouchers can be delivered to Edenred either via the fully insured Pick-up service or as valuable consignment to the delivery address.

The Pick-up service is a 100% insured way to send vouchers

To ensure a smooth and safe settlement, we recommend using Edenred's fully insured Pick-up service.

We recommend using the Pick-up Service, because the 14.-16.2.2024 strike of The Transport Workers' Union AKT affects Posti's operations, e.g. as delays.

Note! Our Pick-up service partner Matkahuolto has switched to a new operating model. The driver collecting your vouchers will not bring a printed address label with them. You must ensure that the shipment is attached with the address label or activation code found on the confirmation email of the Pick-up service order. This way the shipment can reach its destination safely.

Valuable consignment to the delivery address

When using another shipping method than the Pick-up service, you are responsible for shipping, packing, and possible insuring of the shipment. We recommend you to send vouchers as a valuable consignment.

If you use valuable consignment, pack vouchers, and the settlement form together according to the shipping company’s instructions. Do not include extra documents.

Edenred does not have a separate voucher return point and we do not accept them at our office. 

Please note that when sending vouchers as value consignments, you as the sender are responsible for the shipment itself and for its arrival to be settled on time. Edenred is not responsible for possible delivery delays or other delivery problems related to valuable consignment.
