MyChoice enables flexible use of employee benefits

Some utilize their benefit to sports, some use their benefits for culture, others wish for more money for massage or health services, while the rest prefer to use their benefits for public transportation. Employees' needs are diverse and can change rapidly. Edenred's MyChoice is a feature that offers freedom of choice, allowing benefits to be used according to ones own choice!

How does MyChoice work?

MyChoice is a free feature that provides freedom of choice and operates through the Edenred app. It allows real-time balance transfers between benefits, as long as up to 5 transfers are made within 30 days. MyChoice also ensures (under certain conditions) that the balances transferred between benefits do not exceed the tax-free maximum amounts set by the Tax Administration.

The following benefits are included in the feature: Virike, Transport, Massage, and Wellbeing. If the company has at least two of these, the employer can activate the feature for their staff. The employer can also choose to limit which benefits are included in the feature.

Balances transfer effortlessly in the Edenred app

Has the employer activated the MyChoice feature for your company? Great! Employees can now transfer their balances between different benefits. Remember, for the transfer to be successful, Edenred payment cards must be activated.

  1. Open the Edenred app and select your desired benefit
  2. Once you have opened the benefit page, select 'Transfer balance'
  3. Choose the benefits to be used in the transfer and enter the amount to be transferred
  4. Confirm the transfer between benefits; the balances will be available immediately!

Employer, activate MyChoice

As long as you have at least two Edenred employee benefits (excluding Lounari, which is not included in the feature for tax reasons), MyChoice can be activated for you. To activate the feature, contact your Edenred contact person or our customer service. We need your customer number, information on which benefits will be included in the feature, and the date you wish to activate it.
