How to use your Edenred Massage benefit

Looking to relax or ease muscle tension? Massage can support recovery, relaxation and overall wellbeing. With Edenred's massage benefit , you can pay for massage services at thousands of locations across Finland, from local massage businesses to major chains.

What can you use the Edenred Massage for?

Massage benefit is a tax-free employee benefit that can be used for both classic and sports massage. It is intended for services that support muscle care, recovery and relaxation – helping you ease stiffness and tension. You can also use the benefit to pay for massage packages or gift cards for your personal use.

A good rule of thumb: use the massage benefit for massage services and other benefits for other services. For example, Edenred Virike is intended for sports and culture services, not massage. To pay for physiotherapy, osteopathy or chiropractic services, you need Edenred’s separate wellbeing benefit. Please note that spa services are not covered by any Edenred benefit.

How to pay with the massage benefit

Once your virtual Massage card is activated and you have a balance, you’re ready to pay for massage services.

You can pay with for massage services using Apple Pay or Google Pay, or with Edenred Pay mobile payment in the Edenred app (it works without a payment terminal). Payment methods may vary by provider, so check the available options in the Merchant search before your appointment. Remember to tell the provider that you’re paying with Edenred Massage.

If your employer has activated the MyChoice feature and included the Edenred Massage, you can transfer funds between your benefits. If you need to transfer funds to your massage benefit, remember to do so before paying. Then you can focus on what matters: your wellbeing.

Find massage locations

The Finnish Tax Administration requires employers to specify the locations where their employees can use the massage benefit tax-free. Check with your employer first to find out which providers are covered by your benefit. Our network includes thousands of massage locations across Finland.

Find massage services near you on the Massage page in the Edenred app or in the Edenred Merchant search. You’ll find local providers as well as well-known chains, including Rela-Hierojat and Fysios Mehiläinen. You can also check which payment methods each location accepts.

Before your visit, confirm with the provider that they accept your Edenred Massage and preferred payment method. That way, everything is ready when you arrive.
